In the summer of 2016, Cyrus Parker had announced on his Facebook and Twitter accounts that he was set to make his return to professional wrestling on August 20th, in South Bend, Indiana. Unfortunately, due to circumstances out of anyone's control, the event Cyrus was to make his return at was cancelled, and his comeback postponed.  We haven't heard much from Cyrus after that, so we got in contact with him and asked him what the future has in store for "The King of Games" and his fans. This is what he had to say:

First of all, I want to apologize for anyone who was looking forward to my return in August. Nobody was looking forward to my comeback more than I was, and I'm sorry things didn't go as planned. However! I will most definitely be stepping back into the square circle, but I've decided to give myself a little more time to train and get ready for my next big move. I will promise you this: you will see "The King of Games" back in a wrestling ring in 2017, and you can bet on that!

Until then, I am currently working on a poetry collection that I am hoping to get published in 2017, as well. It is tentatively titled equinox, and it delves beyond "The King of Games" persona you see in the ring, and gives you a more intimate look at my inner workings. Needless to say, 2017 is shaping up to be a big year for me, and I hope you're all ready to come along for the ride!

And there you have it, straight from "The King of Games" himself! A return to the ring and a poetry collection, both tentatively slated for 2017! As soon as any more details are available, you'll hear it here first!
